About Us

Mentiz Infratech India has been a pioneer in the field of garment export from India since its launch in 2004. Today, the company exports to brands in the United Kingdom, France and USA.We specialize in women’s and kids wear, and our 20 years of experience have provided us with a strong supply chain of fabric, materials, and technical know-how. We are committed to our clients’ needs, and ensure they receive quality products, reliable deliveries, and support in design developments.

We are flexible according to the demands of a dynamic industry, and this has helped us become the biggest suppliers to almost all our buyers.

We are proud to have a growing reputation as a trend conscious export company.

Our company operates out of 2 units situated in India and Bangladesh, with a capacity of 200,000 units per month.

We have received BSCI, ETI, ICS certifications, and are also members of SEDEX. Corporate social responsibility plays a big role in our organization, and we have been involved in several projects that benefit our employees and community. We pay wages equivalent to or above the minimum wage fixed by the government. We provide health insurance to all our workers.

Some of these are:

  • LEAN MANUFACTURING- We have undertaken projects under lean manufacturing.
  • RAGS – Productivity enhancement project.
  • SWAR- Energy conservation project. We have installed solar power system in our units.
  • HER- Health improvement project.
  • GOTS Certified.

Recently certified by Control Union as well for GOTS and GRS Certification. We are a member of Better Cotton Initiative BCI as well.

We have been conscious of growing Global Environmental Concerns and has been taking adequate initiatives to control our Carbon Footprints.

Steps taken so far:

  • Discharge of treated waste water generated from washing sections with the help of installed Effluent Treatment Plants.
  • Roof top installed Solar Power plants have been providing clean energy and have been contributing in saving 10-15% of electricity purchased from State Electricity Boards.
  • Diesel fired boilers have been converted on PNG which is a cleaner fuel and has been greatly instrumental in reducing our carbon footprints besides being economical.
  • Rain water harvesting is also in place to facilitate recharging of ground water using rain/storm water from roof tops and corridors.
  • Fresh water usage is also reduced by using RO system reject water in washrooms for flushing.

INFRASTRUCTURE

In-house Design Team : We have a team of professional Indian as well as international designers who have years of experience and have worked in different markets. They work very closely with each client to develop styles suited to their individual look. Our designers also create their own range based on seasonal transitions and runway collections.

 Research & Development Team : Our research and development department closely monitors production, and checks the feasibility of each garment. The team also suggests new and innovative methods of creating the garments to ensure maximum productivity and quality. We use attachments that not only add value and excellence to our pieces, but also help maintain uniformity & Quality.

Sampling & Product Development : Our merchandisers have a strong rapport with our buyers, and a good understanding of their individual demands. They are always available to discuss ideas with buyers, and constantly develop product samples based on the their needs. We use state of art machinery and CAD in our centralised sampling unit to provide our buyers with high-quality products. We have 3 senior designers preparing different ranges for all our buyers from the latest inspirations and catwalks.

In-house Lab : We have an in-house laboratory with the latest certified instruments. We conduct various tests based on parameters laid by our buyers, to provide them safe and high quality garments. All our fabrics are tested in our labs before they are cut. Our labs are accredited by a lot of our buyers.

Well Equipped Production System : We have an in-house cut to pack facility, which can handle cutting, stitching, washing, finishing and packing. We have 1,200 sewing machines of certified brands like JUKI, BROTHER and PEGASUS, and the latest laundry and perk machines. The band knife machine we use in cutting gives our garments a proper edge. We follow the airport system in our packing department.
